How Many Candidates Are Selected In ISSB?
Please note that the ISSB is fulfilling its sacrosanct responsibility by selecting potential officers for Pakistan’s defense forces. According to the ISSB program, the current capacity is to test a maximum of 300 candidates for a 4-day batch, thus having the capacity to test approximately 20,000 candidates in a year.

ISSB 2022 Call Letters Schedule
The ISSB selection committee selects any person on the basis of five days of psychological screening for aptitude, inclination and identity tests. The ISSB usually issues letters of appeal to qualified candidates, men and women, for two weeks, sometime recently, for tests.
Students had to pass all the tests performed in the ISSB to confirm their choice in Pak Army, Navy and PAF. The ISSB performs the ISSB test twice a year, first at the beginning of the year and then at the end of the year.
