If you see the shape of challan, there will be four equal parts of challan.
The first line is the name of the bank: – Write the name of the bank, for example PNI
The second line is the bank code: – Ask the branch manager or anyone at the bank and he will tell you the code to write it. For example. 0422
The third line is Bank Branch District: – Now just write the name of the District, for example Rawalpindi
The fourth line is the candidate’s name: – Write your full name, for example Ali Ahmad
The next line is the CNIC number: – Write your CNIC
Now the next line to fill in is the case number: – See the ad you are applying for, there is a case number with each post.
Now on Challan Simple enter the case number as per advertisement.
Now the next line is the Exam Fee for the following position: – Simply enter the name of the post you are applying for eg. DIRECTOR ASSISTANT (BS-17)
The next column is about the fee. You must write with numbers and words.
Enter the fee according to the scale.
The fee structure is BS-16 and 17 = Rs. 300/-; BS 18 = Rs. 750/-; BS-19 = Rs. 1200/-; BS-20
and above = Rs. 1500/-
Now fill the second, third and fourth sections with the same details and submit it to the bank. Two copies are returned. Keep them in a safe place.
